The questions we keep getting
How do you decide which tier I'm in?
Scout's honor — you pick. We don't audit attendance counts (and frankly couldn't). Pick the tier that matches your church on a typical Sunday. If you grow into the next tier, bump up. If you shrink, drop down.
What if my church is right at the line, like 48 or 152?
Round however feels honest. We'd rather you stay than feel nickel-and-dimed. If you're regularly above 50 on a Sunday morning, you're a Mid church even if today's count was 48.
What's on the roadmap?
Near-term: native iOS + Android apps (the wrapper is already built; we're in store-submission), mass SMS broadcasts, and live polls during the sermon. Longer-term: background-check passthrough, email engagement tracking, and multi-campus support. Active churches vote on what ships next.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account goes into a 30-day soft-archive — you can re-activate without losing anything. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted. We don't sell your data, ever.
Is online giving included?
Yes, at every tier. Giving runs at 2.4% all-in once your church is verified for the nonprofit rate, and we'll help you prep the paperwork to get there. Your church is the merchant of record — the money lands in your account, not ours.
What about churches with multiple campuses?
Talk to us. Today we charge per Codencio "church" account, not per campus — a multi-campus feature is on the near-term roadmap and we'll price it fairly when it ships.
Is there a free option?
New church plants under 12 months old get a full year free — see the banner at the top of this page. Outside that, Small starts at $12/month, which we think is fair.
Do you offer a non-profit discount?
Codencio is built specifically for churches, which are 501(c)(3) by default. The price you see is the church price.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (monthly or annual) and annual ACH for churches that need it, both via our payment processor. We don't do net-30 invoicing for self-serve accounts; talk to us if you need that.
